We provide personalized telehealth psychiatric care for adults and teens, throughout Virginia, Washington, and Idaho, with a special focus on women’s mental health. Adult men are also welcome and receive the same compassionate individualized care
Our approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment with medication management, supportive therapy, talk therapy, patient education, lifestyle recommendations, and evidence-informed natural treatment options when clinically appropriate in a judgment-free environment.
